Shipping is USPS. Shipping cost by USPS in the continental United States is $7.50. We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours. You should receive your order within 2 - 5 days, depending where you live. Items are mailed from Oklahoma.

All orders shipped overseas will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and Insurance will be charged. You will be charged the $7.50 immediately, then when the exact amount is determined, you will be invoiced thru Paypal for the additional charges. Just email me if you have any questions.

Any returns MUST have an RMA number. Please email to receive you RMA # before returning any product. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without the RMA#. All merchandise must be in like new condition, and essential oil must be above the sponge. All returns must be returned within 10 days from receipt. Buyer will be responsible for postage both ways.
