Shipping is usually USPS unless otherwise specified. Shipping cost when shipping USPS in the continental United States is FREE for orders over $50.00, and cost $5.00 for orders under $49.99. We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours. You should receive your order within 2 - 5 days, depending where you live. Items are mailed from Oklahoma. If shipping time will be longer, you will be notified.
Any returns MUST have an RMA number. Please email to receive you RMA # before returning any product. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without the RMA#. All merchandise must be in like new condition, and essential oil must be above the sponge. All returns must be returned within 10 days from receipt. Buyer will be responsible for postage both ways.
